Buying tickets from Liveto is fast and effortless. However if you are having some difficulties or have a question about our tickets, see our most frequently asked questions. I made a purchase but I didn’t receive any tickets. What should I do?

First make sure that you have free space in your email and also check your spam folder. If you signed up to our webpage you will find your orders from your account.

If you still can't find your tickets, please contact our customer service.

Please note that Paytrail’s payment confirmation does not serve as a ticket. If you are not receiving Liveto’s mail that contains a receipt and a pdf ticket file, please contact us so we can fix this for you.

Can I pay with vouchers?

Unfortunately Liveto is currently not accepting Smartum-, Virike or Tyky vouchers, E-passi or Ticket DUO or Smartum Saldo as payment methods.

How am I going to receive the actual ticket?

We will deliver the tickets automatically to your email after purchase so you won’t have to collect them anywhere. The ticket is in a PDF file attached to the receipt that you receive from us. You can handle PDF files for example with a free Adobe Reader program which you can download here.

Do I need to print the ticket?

You can print it if you like but you can also show the ticket from your phone’s screen.

The ticket has my name on it. Can I still give it to someone else?

The buyers information will always be printed on the ticket. However you can give it to someone else unless mentioned otherwise. Please note that selling your own ticket to someone else is forbidden unless you’ve received a permission to do so from Liveto.

Does a personal assistant need a separate ticket?

In general an assistant will be able to enter the event with the same ticket. If there are numbered seats to the event please contact our customer sercive. Exceptions will be noted separately.

Do I need to register to be able to buy tickets?

You don’t have to register but we would recommend you to do so. If you register to Liveto’s website your contact information and ticket orders will be saved on your account. This will make it even easier for you to buy tickets from us in the future!
